What’s happening with A Lamentation of Swans this week? Finally got Gaius and Annasara to Lucalla, and decided that Gaius would take advantage of this little interlude–and well he should. I was uncertain about what to do with the Lucalla sequence, but then I realized it was an opportunity to show the nature of Gaius and Annasara’s relationship. When they return to Angharad, Gaius may have dodged the oncoming sword, but he’ll still have a problem.
Weather promises sunshine, but it’s going to be cold–no more than 60 degrees, and rain is on the way. The great wheel of seasons turns minutely, daylight lingers at the close of each day.
